Unauthorized Copying or Transmission of Data

Whoever with dishonest intention and wihtout authorization copies or otherwise transmits or cause to be transmitted any data shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one hunfred thousand rupees or with both
